Bio

SpectraKalimoto emerged from years of shared experience in dance and performance. In 2020, we officially formed our duo, combining distinct styles and skills to create a unique artistic project. As performers and choreographers, Karolina Wyrwal and Marcin Motyl blend movement, visual art, and creative direction to craft immersive experiences. Our diverse backgrounds fuel this collaboration, allowing us to offer audiences innovative and engaging performances.

OUR approach

Our choreography often explores themes of identity and intersectionality, acknowledging the complex ways in which individuals navigate multiple social and cultural identities. The work adheres to a minimalist approach that intertwines all aspects – costumes, sets, and props – resulting in performances characterized by deliberate design and evocative color interactions.
